Public Speaking
Meredith is available for keynotes, panels, workshops, podcast interviews, and private trainings.
With a background in clinical mental health and a gift for storytelling, Meredith brings both personal experience and professional insight to topics often shrouded in shame: divorce, addiction, single motherhood, and parenting a neurodivergent child.
She’s the author of Hey Addiction, Thanks for Nothing: A Brutally Honest Guide to Loving an Addict Without Losing Your Mind, and the forthcoming The Plan B Chronicles: Divorce. Defiance. Liberation. (out July 8th). Her writing and workshops cut through the noise of self-help and speak directly to women in the trenches—those rebuilding their lives after betrayal, navigating solo parenting, or learning how to let go of who they were supposed to be.
Meredith’s talks are raw, funny, and deeply validating. Whether she’s speaking to mental health professionals, women’s groups, corporate audiences, or podcast listeners, she shows up with honesty, humor, and the kind of insight that only comes from living it.
